Project: Dynamics 365 Remote Assist

Description

After my work on Xbox Avatars wrapped up, I transistioned to another Microsoft product called Dynamics 365 Remote Assist - a Mixed Reality remote collaboration app and plugin suite for HoloLens & mobile devices. Though working on an enterprise-focused SaaS product has been a major deviation from my prior career, it has been an incredibly rewarding learning experience.

While working on Remote Assist, I seized the opportunity to specifically develop myself in a more traditional Software Engineering context. My technical art background has certainly come into play many times, but I have been primarily focused on broadening my familiarity with working on regularly shipping, highly maintainable code. I've picked up a handful of new languages, architectural paradigms, and tools; I've also deepened my existing abilities with C#, Unity, shader languages, and client-side integration with cloud services.
